Can you get us CMMC Level 2 certified?
No provider can certify you; only a CMMC Third-Party Assessment Organization conducts the assessment. We implement the 110 NIST SP 800-171 requirements as technical controls, build and maintain the evidence, support your system security plan and plan of action, and coordinate with your compliance consultant and assessor. Our job is to make sure the controls are real and operating when the assessment happens.
Do we need Microsoft 365 GCC High?
It depends on the data. ITAR technical data and certain categories of CUI require it; many firms do not need it for every employee. We evaluate what you handle, design an enclave for the users who touch controlled data, and keep the rest of the company on commercial Microsoft 365 so licensing cost stays proportionate.
Can you support our DFARS 252.204-7012 incident reporting obligations?
Yes. Our SOC provides the detection and the evidence preservation your 72-hour reporting obligation depends on, and we document the incident response procedure in advance. The contractor submits the report to the Department of Defense; we make sure you have what the report requires and that the incident is contained.
Can one company have both CUI users and commercial users?
Yes, and most El Segundo suppliers should.
