The workflow was straight-forward. During onboarding, they assign a project manager who made sure that we have all the checkboxes checked. Upon completion, they assigned a success manager and a main engineer who are responsible for all the incidents.

Their project management is fantastic. Victor and David are responsive to text, email, and phone communications. I get a response usually within a couple of minutes. Our internet actually went down recently and I received a phone call from Victor about a minute after. The team is available 24 hours a day if needed.

Their turnaround and response times are fast—within 15 minutes to an hour. CyberDuo usually resolves any of our issues within a day, which is important because we can’t wait for issues to be fixed in our industry.

Anytime we have a problem, their team is on it immediately. They’re very flexible with our scheduling needs, so we feel we get enough attention from them and are treated like a valued customer.
